01Approach

Great candidates do not answer agencies. They answer you.

Every message Stitch sends goes out from your own profile and your own email, written from what is actually on the candidate's record. Not a template with a merge field. That is the whole difference between a message someone deletes and a message someone replies to.

The work underneath it is the part that does not scale by hand: finding people who fit, including the ones not looking, scoring them against your criteria, writing to each one, following up, and handling the back and forth until an interview is on the calendar. Stitch runs all of it, continuously.

Hi {{first_name}}, I came across your profile and thought you would be a great fit for an exciting opportunity with one of my clients. Do you have 15 minutes this week?

Hi Priya, you rebuilt your team's ledger so reconciliation runs in real time instead of overnight. We are about to do the same thing, and I would rather talk to someone who has already done it. Worth 20 minutes?

The same candidate, in the same week. One of them got a reply.

02How it works

Three things to do. Then it runs.

Setup takes about fifteen minutes, once.

  1. Describe the role

Pick one of the open roles Stitch already pulled from your careers page, or paste your own. It drafts the brief, asks you only about what the description left open, and you approve the bar every candidate is scored against.

  2. Connect your accounts

Securely connect your professional network, your email and your calendar. Outreach goes out as you, and interviews are booked into real free time.

  3. Accept interviews

Qualified candidates start requesting time. You review who they are and accept the ones you want to meet. There is no step four.

Then it runs

Everyone found is scored against your bar. Most do not clear it and never reach you. The ones that do are written to and followed up until they answer, and what arrives on your calendar is the end of that line.

03Results

The first interview usually lands the day you sign up.

Median time from first outreach to a booked interview

Interviews booked, on average, in a customer's first three days
9Interviews booked, on average, in a customer's first three days

90%Of requested interviews are accepted by our customers

Which means your week goes back to interviewing, and stops being about screening.

04Platform

What is running while you are doing something else.

Three jobs, none of which a person can do continuously.

  • It looks everywhere

Thousands of agents gather candidate data in real time, wherever that data lives. Most of the people worth talking to are not on a job board and are not applying anywhere.

  • It scores against your bar

Every profile is scored against the criteria you set, by an engine built by a founding team holding more than twenty AI patents. You calibrate it once and it holds that bar.

  • It writes and it books

Messages go out from your accounts, in your voice, built from the candidate's actual record, and interviews are booked into your calendar automatically.

Teams who stopped paying headhunters.

Our technical bar is exceptionally high. We consistently hire talent from companies like Palantir, Google, and Stripe... Stitch outperformed expensive headhunters, which ultimately led us to replace our external recruiters entirely. It helped us double our engineering team size in record time.
