No tiers. No hidden fees.
An agency sends you a shortlist out of the network it already has, when it gets to your role. Stitch works every role you have open, continuously, scores everyone it finds against the bar you set, and puts only the ones who clear it in front of you.
It also costs less. A fixed fee when you hire, against the 25 to 30 percent of first-year salary an agency charges.
